Christmas Mixes

Christmas is just around the corner, so prepare yourself for the Christmas rush, and stock up on your favourite Leonards mixes.

LEONARDS PORK & CHESTNUT MIX is a blend of subtle spicing, generous chunks of chestnut and herbs, with a nice sweet flavour. It makes a really tasty sausage meat or a nice alternative to the normal Chipolata!

The CRANBERRY SAUSAGE MIX is a nice fresh fruity combination of spices and Cranberry pieces offering great visuals and great taste!

LEONARDS CRANBERRY GLAZE is great for glazing hams, turkey thighs or breasts. It has the perfect balance of sweet and sharp just like thr real thing, and has a lovely deep red festive colour to draw in the Customers, with a lovely fruity flavour to make your mouth water!

Introducing Leonards Beef & Cummin Sausage Mix

At Leonards we like to offer our Customer the most up to date flavour combinations, we are constantly working to develop new flavours to add to our range. This Autumn sees the launch of our new Beef & Cummin Sausage Mix. A pleasant combination of whole and ground cummin seeds, to give a nice strong flavour, backed up by cinnamon notes to compliment the meat perfectly. This is a nice wholesome sausage, perfect for the colder evenings.
