Barry Lelliott - Senior Partner

Barry acquired the Leonards in 1990 after spending his previous working life in the food ingredient industry.

He has now opted to accept a non executive role in the company and has handed on management responsibilties to his son Jonathan
Liz Lelliott

Liz Lelliott - Partner

Although a qualified physiotherapist Liz decided to join her husband and was responsible for credit management

She now splits her time between this function and keeping Barry amused
Jon Lelliott

Jon Lelliott - Managing Partner

Jon joined Leonards in 1996 after graduating from Exeter University with a degree in Chemistry and has been responsible for the tremendous growth acheived over the last five years

He is now responsible for the day to day management of the company but still retains his first love of dealing with all technical aspects and development
Madeleine Bell

Madeleine Bell - Office Manager

Madeleine joined Leonards in 2005 from her previous position where she was responsible for the procurement of herbs and spices from around the world. She continues this with us, as well as helping develop new products with Jon.
Ian Woodhams

Ian Woodhams - Factory Manager

Ian joined Leonards in 1991 as a general assistant and has risen to the position of Factory Manager due to his dligence and attention to detail. Much of Leonards ability to supply at short notice stems from his planning abilities.
