Marmalade Sausage Mix
Loaded with citrus and sweet notes, this sausage is perfect with pork. Because we only use a natural orange oil from the peel, you get a much truer flavour of orange. The flavour naturally complements pork & poultry, but we have also used this with venison with great reviews.
